Is there a way to learn to make cursors for beginners?

I can't find a download link for Logon Studio, wondered how to get it?

Using Windows 7 64, when using SoundPackager the system start sound will always be a Win7 sound instead of the one in whatever theme is applied. 

Any ideas?

Using XP I have this:

(The spider in the animation makes it's turn into the start panel instead of rounding the corner)

Can this be adjusted?

I am using XP and I have this trouble with 2 windowblinds skins, "Dragon" and "SPatur", it looks like this...

I cannot seem to find an option to turn this off skinstudio, any ideas? Thanks

Is the Universe Metal suite still being sold? I still use XP on this PC and wanted it, being so old will it still work well?

I just had a thought, has anyone created a blind that sort of 'extends' into the matching wallpaper?

Not the best example, I know, but sort of gives the idea. I'm not a Windowblinds skinner so I can't give it a try myself.

I am one of the few still using XP, and I am wondering if anyone can help me fix this.

The skin is called Legacy, I love the skin but the 'all programs' button is out of place when using small icons on the start menu, is there an easy way to fix this?

I am looking for an old WindowBlinds skin, the name of it is "Hg-alien 1.2", it is listed at Deviantart here... http://monkey.deviantart.com/art/Hg-alien-1-2-5931440?q=sort%3Atime+favby%3Al-scuderia-l&qo=0 where it can be seen but not downladed. I had seen it in a sceenshot at Wincustomize but cannot find it here, does anyone still have the skin? or, can anyone tell me where to get it? Thanks for any help

Is it possible to convert CursorFX themes into CursorXP themes?

I haven't upgrade to CusorFX yet and I am still using CursorXP.
